Sales & Service Coordinator
Position Description:
This position is responsible for supporting our sales and service operations, engineering team, and cultivation of relationships with clients across all segments of our business.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate customer sales and service appointments and site visits.
- Handle initial inbound sales and service requests from customers.
- Support sales team with lead tracking and follow-up.
- Provide leadership with regular updates of sales performance and metrics.
- Act as a key user for sales and estimating software, update quotation data, and generate sales reports.
- Facilitate weekly sales meetings.
- Manage advertising materials including brochures, industry publications, and video libraries.
- Planning for annual trade shows and exhibitions.
- Ensure membership in regional associations and manage association meeting schedules and attendance.
Work Environment/Travel
This job typically operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Additionally, occasional travel may require site visits for meetings or project review in a construction environment. Minimal travel may be required during trade Show season.
Required Education and Experience
- Prior experience in the service industry a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing environment.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing or Business Administration
